Yes, you need an account to complete a purchase. By registering on our site you will be able to experience the following advantages through your MARIA by fifty account:

  1. Gain access to your Wishlist and Recommendations
  2. Be notified of new stock
  3. Save your address and card details for quicker checkout
  4. Control your account details, purchase history, and email preferences and see order status.
If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. For security reasons, we are unable to send your password via email.

Buying from MARIA by fifty is simple:

  1. Accesses the Shop and subcategories links.
  2. Once you have found your item, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You are able to add products to your WishList or use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to remove items from it.
  4. Click on 'CHECK OUT' to fulfill your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When picking this option at checkout, you will be guided to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is concluded, you will be directed back to the MARIA by fifty site.
All orders are shipped with UPS. Packages are fully insured and traceable and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
Once you’ve received the shipping notification, your package is on its way. We use fully tracked shipping methods provided by UPS. You can monitor the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification. Haven’t got a notification? Make sure to check others inboxes or spam filters and add customercare@mariabyfifty.com to your contacts so you don’t miss out on valuable information.
Your returned item must arrive at MARIA by fifty Warehouse within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s). We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant MARIA by fifty warehouse location within 14 days. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 

MARIA by fifty has a 7-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in good conditions. To make a return, please follow the below steps.

  1. Register your return Send an email to customercare@mariabyfifty.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please note that you have to make a return and then place a new order
  2. Prepare your package Write your order number and e-mail on the return slip (the “in case of emergency” note in your box). Place the slip, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original box (or another solid container). Seal it securely with tape.
  3. Send it back After registering your return you will receive an e-mail containing a prepaid return-slip. UPS will then call you to arrange a collection. Print the documents, attach the return-slip to your package.
    1. For orders within the EU and the US: To give the best experience MARIA by fifty offers free exchanges and returns. Shipping both ways (inbound returns and outgoing exchanges) are covered by MARIA by fifty and provided through UPS. In case of refunds, the full order value, including any shipping fees paid are refunded.
    2. For orders outside the EU and the US: If you want to return or exchange an item delivered outside the EU and the US, you will have to cover the return shipping yourself. However, MARIA by fifty will cover the shipping of any replacement items in case of exchanges. All orders are entirely refunded. To avoid any taxes or import duties that may apply when returning goods, mark the parcel “RETURNED GOODS” and with a total value of €10.
