Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped with UPS. Packages are fully insured and traceable and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.MARIA by fifty offers free shipping on all orders over 199€.
Duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Your order may, therefore, be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. MARIA by fifty does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.
Returns
Your returned item(s) must arrive at MARIA by fifty warehouses within 14 days of the date of receipt of the item(s). You need to book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the MARIA by fifty warehouse location Within 14 days.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
MARIA by fifty has a 7-day return policy. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and needs to be returned in good conditions. To make a return, please follow the below steps.
- Register your return Send an email to customercare@mariabyfifty.com with your order number, what items you’ll be returning and the reason for your return. In case of an exchange, please note that you have to make a return and then place a new order
- Prepare your package Write your order number and e-mail on the return slip (the “in case of emergency” note in your box). Place the slip, along with the item(s) you’d like to return, back in the original box (or another solid container). Seal it securely with tape.
- Send it back After registering your return you will receive an e-mail containing a prepaid return-slip. UPS will then call you to arrange a collection. Print the documents, attach the return-slip to your package.
Exchanging an Item
To exchange an Item, return the unwanted Item (for the refund) and place a new order on Mariabyfifty.com.
We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price. The time for processing your refund is two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt the return item. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.
Credit card and Paypal: we will credit your account.
